The Agave rental apartment is situated on the ground level floor and has a double entrance: the first is accessible from inside the villa and the second, completely independent is accessible from the street through the garden.

The Agave is ideal for those who wish to stay at walking distance from Sorrento and want to endure all the typical aspects of the Mediterranean atmosphere and culture with great serenity and peacefulness.

The apartment, like all others, is equipped with modern facilities.

The vacation apartment measure 45 square meters and has great outdoor space. In fact, the Agave is the only apartment that had a vast 50 square meter garden, and furthermore, terraces and private patios with panoramic views of the Gulf, all belonging to the Agave add up to a total of 200 square meters of outdoor space.

The Agave is composed of: private entrances, matrimonial bedroom, living room with cooking area and dishwasher, bathroom with a big Jacuzzi hot tub and shower. The apartment is well cured. Antique furniture and paintings, and a great marble fireplace all give an extraordinary look to this wonderful apartment.

The dominant colours are very light, mainly green and blue. The garden and patio are equipped with lunch/dinner table, sun beds, barbeque and a small furnished corner to relax a bit.

The Agave apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (matrimonial bedroom + a very comfortable queen size bed in the living room area).
